Jiu Jitsu keeps me in shape both physically and mentally. It’s a good hobby with great people at Champagnes. My boys take karate and I take Jiu Jitsu here and would highly recommend.
Karate and BJJ have given my son something he can be proud of. He tried sports and found that he did not enjoy them. Champagne's has helped my son grown not only in martial art skill but in self awareness. The instructors have taken their time and learned about the autistic challenges my son faces. They always approach his challenges in a loving and accepting manor.
Encouraging and safe environment. During the classes the instructors do not hesitate to answer any questions on what is being taught. I have been training for almost 3 years now, learning jiu-jitsu here gives me confidence in my capabilities and teaches discipline. I'm glad to train here with family and friends.
I can confidently say that if I didn't start jiu-jitsu at CMA, I do not think I would have stuck with the sport. People here take care of their partners and know when to let go so no accidental injuries happen during rolls. It's an encouraging environment, keep an open-mind and you'll love it.
