I miss an appointment because i had my days mixed up. They won't let me book again. I guess with this business 1 and done!!!! Was told I could try to walk in an see if someone is available.. I am a regular there. if this is how you treat your customers, I can spend my money elsewhere. then on top of that, I called and made my appointment last week and you cancel my appointment on the day of my appointment. Wow, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to topcoat since they have opened. I go to K who is simply the best in the business. We have become Friends over the years. This establishment is extremely professional and extremely immaculate. They take care of their customers as if they were family. Now have said that their quality is the best in the business. I have never gotten a better manicure or a pedicure in my life. They truly care about their customers and they truly care about the quality they give to each customer. I highly recommend this establishment.
