The Service provided by Futrell's was first class. The driver Eric got there within the time that I was told he would. He was very courteous and helpful and had a nice, very clean truck with brand new tires! I would highly recommend them for their outstanding service and nice equipment!! I’ve had several occasions that Futrell’s Wrecker Service has been able to get my company out of a bind. We have had big equipment, large trucks, and personal vehicles stuck or broke down over the past few years. Futrell’s Wrecker Service has also unloaded new equipment or trailers being delivered for construction projects. Broke down on I-220 at 1700 on a Wednesday. Called Futrell's. In one hour, I was getting hooked up. They offered to work on the truck at their shop. We got there at 1830, and they offered to take me to a motel. Workmanship was professional and accurate. The truck was fixed, and I out the next evening. More than I wanted to spend and less than it could have been. Overall, I am happy with the job. Thanks.
