I just called a few minutes ago to customer care representative named Kira about my upcoming appointment with Dr. Matthew Morgan. I admire and appreciate the quality of service she gave me. Very professional, friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. This is the kind of customer service we need so hats off to her!
Every shift on the ICU and also the 3rd floor were very compassionate professional but yet they called you friend. Sometimes they came in pairs or just singles, the doctors, their nurses, assisted so very concerned for their patients. I would go back over there as their friend and sit and just talk to them they were that much fun to be around sure helped me heal better. I highly recommend This hospital
I made my appointment online, checked in on my phone when I arrived, went in immediately to my appointment and was seen by my doctor immediately. The staff are so very nice, and while going to the doctor is stressful, they made it as pleasurable as possible!
