    Great place to buy your new GMC

    Purchased a new GMC Denali 3.0 Duramax. Two months and 6,000 miles later the engine is defective. No ETA on a new engine - salesman says it could be 4 months. No option but to wait or trade it in and take a personal loss in depreciation. When a new vehicle fails catastrophic it should be a full refund or vehicle exchange for like kind, not trade it in for the dealer to make more money on my loss.

    Both GMC service department Shreveport and Bossier are horrible. I had a major issue with Clayton in Jan/ Feb for having my car for 3 weeks and not sending the diagnostic to my warranty company in a timely fashion, which cost me $900 out of pocket. They only reimbursed me $200 of it. He told me I didn't have a slow oil leak likes right I did but it was something else. Here I am in Shreveport GMC today finding out that I actually had an oil leak and they were going to charge me extra for the oil change after they told me it was included with the service last Friday. I have been feeling over the years that they were overcharging which I why I took my vehicle to Bossier back in January. Only for them to create a problem and not fix what I brought it in for. People please get a copy of what the problem is and services being performed prior to them starting. make sure if you have a warranty that you check it yourself, and ask more questions. They are horrible!

    When my husband went looking for trucks he found mr.dex he was great . They were able to get him in the truck he wanted . So impressed a few months later I bought a car from dex again. When signing papers with the finance department. Not just once did this get messed up but twice . Then to top that off a month later I get a call from Mr. Stafford stating I owe them $400 because of HIS mess up on the paperwork and was told " we are human we make mistakes " . It didn't stop there after going back and forth over Mr.Stanford's messed up I refused to pay for his mess-up. I was then told that they would not hand over my plates to my car Until I pay... excuse me I'm sorry but nope your messed up you fix it . You would think with buying a NEW vehicle NOT even a YEAR old yet and the hydraulic motor mounts went out. The trucks sounds like it is about to explode . Per the service management this could be 3 months before getting it fixed and no loaner truck and you can still drive it just take it easy... Really are you kidding me . Take your money else where and find a better dealership.If you want a dealership that stands behind their vehicles this is not the place .

    I purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator from Morgan GMC, Overall I am very happy with the purchase. There were a few dents and dings not really evident from the pictures. The vehicle was superclean inside and runs smooth. I feel the price was reasonable for a vehicle of this age and condition. I have made several deals on vehicles found online from dealerships in the south (Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, & Georgia). I can honestly say this transaction was by far the smoothest of them all. Everything went quickly, from my Salesman, Donte Barkin, to Finance manager, all were polite, knowledgeable and answered my questions. Took a while to get my Permanent plate and registration, but Donte Followed up and made sure I received them.

    5 Stars - Excellent Experience at Morgan Buick GMC Bossier City!     I can’t say enough good things about our salesman Anthony Griffin! He was so kind, patient, and responsive! His awesome humor was a good bonus too. We live 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership and he made our experience so easy and seamless! Thank you so much Anthony!
