The staff is very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to ensure my insurance coverage was validated (due to a recent Open Enrollment that had recently occurred at my place of employment).Dr. Dinh is knowledgeable, engaging and has a wonderful sense of humor! The last vision center I went to, I felt like I was on an assembly line...this did not happen here, and I doubt that it would ever be allowed, because you can tell that customer service/experience is tremendously respected. I am writing a review today bc of what just happened. I been ignoring the text messages and reminders from the office. I decided to respond to see what the robot does. It wasn’t a robot! A real person answered me message quickly. It was so refreshing to know that someone real is on the other side. Not only did they implement newer technology but they still keep it personable. That to me is a big plus! Your office is awesome Dr Dinh keep it up!

I was looking for an eye doctor and found Vue through my insurance. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try! Their reviews are accurate. Dr. Dinh was so friendly and welcoming! I haven’t had an eye exam in a very long time and didn’t know what to expect. The process was easy and comfortable. The receptionist checked me in quickly. Highly recommend.
