Shay is great and so is McLean (my barber). I really appreciate that they both kept a calm composure during the stressful situation and fixed it—especially since it was the last hour of the day and there were other customers waiting.

The issue started because Shay had to jump in constantly to teach McLean how to cut properly while she was cutting another cuatomer's hair.

Toward the end, I noticed a patch that looked shorter than the rest and wanted it fixed so everything was even. Shay helped out once again.

I understand everyone's motivation was just to finish the cut, and they did their best, but it ended up taking much longer than expected.

I recommend sports clips to anyone that won't their hair cut right the staff at sports clips are very nice very friendly and very efficient and I love my new haircut they always cut it right the first time get a lot of compliments on my new haircut a lot of people ask me who cut your hair I tell them sports clips different staff members has cut my hair over the years several times and it always comes out looking really nice thanks to the staff at sports clips

I frequent this location whenever I’m in need of a haircut. Yet, I must say that Jessica K. has far been the most knowledgeable over my hair. She precisely told me how sides of my hair grow, which I thought was interesting and made a mental note of.Further, all hair stylists here have given me great cuts/trims and I can confidently say I have never had a bad experience.
