The Tiger Rock Taekwondo program develops self-esteem, confidence, discipline, and lifelong self-defense skills for children, starting around age four. The Best Class to learn Self Defense! The instructors are incredible! You learn so much in 1 class! I've been doing this for around 2 years and I haven't disliked any part of it!
