Thomas and Johnny went above and beyond to diagnois, repair, and explain the issues that we had been having with our AC unit. If you're having AC or heating issues, you'd be hard pressed to find a better company in the area.

This was a unique experience. I thought it was a capacitor ordeal. It turned out it was a baby rat that that triggered a trap that severed the electric supply to the outside unit. The barely injured rat was humanely removed and set free. The connection was reestablished and I am feeling the comfort once again. I am heavily thankful with the fast service.

Thomas came out as promised and installed a soft start starter on my 5 Ton Air Conditioner. Machine works great .
