An amazing experience. Opened early so I could drop off my car. Larry, the shuttle driver, was really nice and got me to work on time. Brandon, my service advisor, was very nice and helped me out alot! Communication was excellent and I couldn't have had a better experience. Will definitely return!

My fiancee and I purchased a used 2015 Grand Cherokee from Hixson less than 3 weeks ago. The car ran great but started to have minor issues. Although, the vehicle did not come with a warranty, and the warranty we purchased will not effective for another 20 days, Hixson looked at the issues and offered to repair everything free of charge because we just bought the vehicle. Hixson has integrity. They could have easily been dishonest, blamed the issues on us, and charged us for repairs. However, they were honest and repaired our vehicle free of charge.
