After driving through thick fog and unrelenting rain for 5 hours on my way back to IL from the Smokey’s…finally after getting out of all of that weather…my tire popped after hitting a pretty sizable rock. Initially called Progressive roadside assistance and they gave me an eta of 3hours for someone to come out. Needless to say, I wasn’t planning on being on the shoulder of an interstate for three hours, so I called Mosby’s.
MARY was extremely helpful and sweet and told me exactly how long it would take to get her driver out. Her driver, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name unfortunately, was quick and helpful….even followed me off to the exit... read full review
Some guy started screaming profanities from the road because he “couldn’t fit” past the workers truck on the road, but the worker handled the situation as good as you can and remained nice to me the entire time. He had a great attitude and was very helpful.
Our Chevy 2500 van broke down on I64. our Insurance company tried to send a tow truck from 90 miles away, then failed to fix the problem. Called Hittle's not only did they send a truck, the owner showed up to get our family of 8 off the freeway. He looked at our van, and decided to take it to his shop after hours and re-attach our drive shaft! Tom even crawled under the van on the side of the freeway to remove the driveshaft so it wouldn't get damaged in tow! Great service! need anything towed anywhere? Hittle's can do it! Great people, everyone we talked to was polite and ready to help us get back on the road.
