Cons: Not super impressed with the applications. I've had them for several months somewhere around a year, minor communication issues as to where to treat.
Last three applications have caused me to cancel. All three needed a retreat. The last was treated less than 20 min before rain (home security camera confirmed).
Nice people though. (photo is 2 weeks after last treatment. Johnson grass is not dead, in fact it is spreading)

Couldn’t be more happy with service. Have had service but only a short time since last fall and have had considerable grass growth and weeds minimal. Crabgrass and dandelion all been limited to few here and there.
