Rita Woolen does a great job with haircuts and color! Very professional, poised and knowledgeable about her craft. Great sense of humor too! She gives you exactly what you ask for and gives great advice if you're unsure. I would highly recommend Rita!Service: Hairstyling
This was my first time at Legacy and I enjoyed it. They have some seating for people that are waiting and that seems to encourage chatting and it helps pass the time and make the experience a little better.
