Britney did a great job with my cut and service! My only problem was with how when you pay then tip on the card, the computer has the initial tip screen in dollar amounts not percentages. So be careful. I ended up dropping a $10 tip thinking I was selecting the 10 percent option and didn’t realize it until I had already driven home haha. But yeah, zero problems with the service, just the way they have their Computer set up to do tips.Put the percentage screen as the initial tip option, not a dollar amount ranging from 5,10,15. It was just misleading in my opinion.All in all, great place and atmosphere to get a haircut. And Britney did a great job.

I cannot speak highly enough about this establishment. This is an elite group of Haircutters that I would put each one of them up against ANYONE cutting hair in the NKY/cinci area. Each time I go in there I'm impressed with their cleanliness, customer focus, and overall attention to detail. I can't wait for December to buy 2xs season pass!
