I recently had my family's heat pump go out and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I called Wise and they got me scheduled as soon as they could but it would still be a couple of days with no heat. The technician called me without me even having to request it and walked me through issues that could be wrong with the unit. We were able to get the system diagnosed over the phone and I was able to fix the problem with a little bit of time and elbow grease. They did not have to do that but they did and I owe my family's comfort to their team for the last couple of cold weeks of the year. Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about Wise Heating & Air. I have used them over the last several years and their work is great. But beyond that, they are great to work with. I ran into an issue this week and Jake Wise went above and beyond to help me. I will be recommending them to all family and friends.
Can’t say enough about this business! I have used them twice now, and each time they’ve been able to schedule me in for in the very next day, but then ended up coming out the same day when they’ve had a job finish early. I have an ancient HVAC system and the first time I called, I ended up needing a new contact and the second time I needed a compressor switch. Both repairs were very reasonable in price and they had everything they needed on the truck.
