Frankie gives the best hair cut in the city! I’ve been getting cuts from him for years. He is all about quality. He’s great at shaping up beards too. After 1 cut with Frankie, you won’t want to go anywhere else. You know when you leave the barber chair at this shop, you’re going to look fresh!
