I love coming here and making my version of the shapes. I started at Betsy’s, and fell in love with hot yoga, but I’ve grown to love the “warm” yoga here! I choose the back of the room for that, it’s hotter in the front, if that is your style. For $109 a month I can come as much as I want, leave my towel and mat on the way out, and when I walk in next time my towel is clean and ready!

I love this studio. The instructors are kind and helpful. Super clean and plenty of showers available. The room is large enough so you can comfortably have your own space. I attended my first hot yoga class here about 5 years ago and was welcomed with open arms. Now I am addicted!

Amazing! It was my first time visiting and I loved it! The instructor was really friendly. Class sizes weren't too large. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with it being my first time. The heat is definately something that I will have to get used to. Just registered for my second class. Would highly recommend!!!
