I'm so happy this place exists! I attended Reiki training, a yoga workshop, and coaching with Jodie. She's incredibly warm and open, and I've learned so much from her.

Jodi and the team are great here! Any age can join here and they have online classes too. Happy we have a welcoming south end professional yoga business close to home.If your beginner and want peace of mind I highly recommend this establishment. Kudos to this place giving my body the stretching it needed.

Had never heard of this place and got to try it out yesterday with some lovely ladies in a group I belong to. This business was selected for their work with plus sized clients. We didn't have a traditional yoga class set up. Instead we did a body love workshop. Our instructor was Jodie and she was very welcoming. There are cubbies and hooks at the back entrance for coats and shoes. In the next room there is seating and tea options should you want something to drink. There is also fresh water you can pour into a cup. The main room is pretty big and 16 of us fit comfortably in a circle.
