Stop scrolling, stop looking- these are the people to hire for your hardwood floors. Our 133 year old hardwood floors were in terrible shape. Over the years, previous owners had completed poor patch jobs, covered it in paint, self-leveling cement, and epoxy. I called Dave, he came over the same day for an estimate, and work started the next day. AND WOW. Our floors look amazing. Dave and his team are no nonsense, highly skilled at their craft, and very trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about them. The final product exceeded our expectations and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

We bought a house with wood floors throughout that were in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. Dave was great with communication and explaining everything that needed to be done and his employees were punctual, courteous and did a fantastic job. Rawlings Flooring did a great job! We had two bedroom hardwood floors, 3 closets, and hallway refinished. Dave communicated with us often and kept us informed on the process. The crew was detailed in their work and did great matching the floor stain to connecting hallway. They cleaned up after complection. Floors look great! Thank you!
