While on a road trip, I lost a crown. After reaching out to two other dentists and being offered a visit: 1) over a week away and 2) over a month away, I contacted Metro Dental Group, and was seen the same morning. The office was welcoming and clean. I was seen promptly, and on my way soon thereafter. I very much appreciate the flexibility and willingness of this practice to provide care for me, despite not being a regular patient! I came here in pain with an infected tooth.. The doctor and assistants all listened to me and immediately took xrays and did an exam. Turns out there was an infection and since it was going to be a little bit until the oral surgeon could see me to remove the tooth, she gave me an antibiotic. I understood that it was only a bandaide and I still needed the surgery. Dr Laffoon explained everything in detail and walked me through the process. When I left, I felt so much better just from my experience alone. The office was so clean and everyone was SO NICE. These women were outstanding!! I've already recommend them to everyone I work with. My teeth have been damaged by abuse, it has hurt not only my ability to get good jobs but my confidence and self love. The dentist is positive and motivated. She looked and set up a plan. Both ladies that I interacted with were great. The best part she found a way to save some too teeth and make a bridge so that they are permanent. I have out of pocket so cost and they worked with me to pay it in 2 payment. Friday I will have my SMILE back. Thanks to Metro Dental on east Main street
