We were recommended to use Matt by our realtor when a bank gave us a predatory loan. It felt like a trap and Matt quickly stepped in and got us out of it. Without his help we probably would have lost this house. Being first time home buyers in this market was especially intimidating, but Matt was able to get us the help we needed on a significant time crunch so that we could close on this house on time.
