Beth at Louisville Therapeutic Massage is amazing! I've had a decade-old clavicle injury causing tightness in my shoulder blade from years of working as a hairstylist. Beth quickly found the problem areas and relieved the tension that's been building. I feel better than I have in a long time. I highly recommend her!
Beth is one of the best massage therapists I've been to. She spent more time asking about specific areas of focus than other practitioners I've seen, both before and after the session. Really great job of responding to my body during the massage. The whole experience was both relaxing and therapeutic. Also, she's super nice!
Highly recommend! If you are looking for relief from chronic pain, don't think twice. Beth has been nothing short of amazing through this experience! She really listens to you and builds a plan together based on your feedback and her knowledge. She has such great communication and takes the time to explain things. I am very thankful for making this decision as I am finally starting to get relief! Thank you so much Beth and I'm looking forward to continuing!
