I LOVE my yoga with Kristin, Anong, Shawn, Abby and Amanda! The teachers are super educated and helpful and kind. My body feels so relaxed yet strong doing yoga here. The instructors know all the little effective adjustments to maximize my practice. The studio is brightly lit and always clean. People are always welcoming and nice, and plus, who can beat free towels and mats!
HYL has been my yoga home for over a year now and it’s been the very best experience. No matter what level you’re at (beginner or otherwise), there’s a place for you here. There’s lots of class options with a range of time slots- a few of my favorites are Barkin Vinyasa with Shawn, Vinyasa with Marielle, and HIIT with Kristen! All instructors are so sweet and knowledgeable, and I’ve been able to workshop after class with poses I needed more help with. Love this studio!
I love Hot Yoga Louisville. They have a wide range of hot classes- but I especially love the recovery option classes in a warm room too. It definitely feels like the most inclusive yoga studio I have ever visited. They have a few musically talented teachers- who either sing or perform music during class and I thoroughly enjoy it. Almost feels like church.
