I had mold testing done on all 3 floors of my home and a radon test done in my basement. I was emailed detailed results in 2 days!! The technician (David) who set up equipment and conducted mold testing was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure. I highly recommend GuardianPro.

GuardianPro, has been the Best home inspection company I've ever worked with. Eric and the other inspectors are very knowledgeable and professional. We recently had an issue come up during my clients final walkthrough, right before closing and Eric was able to assist me and my buyer client to help determine the problem and a hopefully a resolution. I call that going above and beyond and it speaks volumes to me and I have peace of mind working with this company for my buyer clients; that they will perform thorough home inspections!
