I was in Louisville with my wife celebrating our anniversary from Dayton OH. They were hosting a seminar for the over 40 practitioner with several black belts teaching (back in 2025), and it worked out that I was able to attend. The owner Chris was very kind, thoughtful, and hilarious. I'm a purple belt, and he spent some time showing me some techniques that he thought would work well for me and my body type. If I get the chance to train there again I definitely will!

I visited a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the experience. Coach Chris and his students are cool. I got to roll with him and after he gave me feedback on skills and concepts I could work on. It's helped a lot with my approach on the mats. If I'm ever back in Louisville I'll definitely go back here!

Amazing Brazilian Jujitsu. Chris is an incredibly talented and highly technical instructor. I would recommend anyone to come and train here. Also an amazing resource for Muay Thai and boxing in general. If anyone in this area can make you into a legit MMA fighter...it's Chris ?
