I'm here to get my dogs last puppy shot. We asked them to check his ears while they had him ... they said this was an extra $47 to do. Wow. Once they finish and bring him back they take our card WITHOUT even telling us a price. We ask how much it was and they run back and forth and bring us the invoice for the wrong dog ...all the while seeming like they have no idea what they are doing. I have always come here never had issues .... today was a bad experience. Maybe find something for the employees to do other than sit around in chairs in the parking lot while one does all the work. Chick fil A shows better work ethic I have yet to see ONE of them sitting down.....pitiful.

We adopted a dog that the previous owner was unable to care for appropriately. Because of some problems getting his shot records, we opted to go to Dixie Animal Hospital where the previous owner had taken him. It is a little bit of a drive for us, but as it turned out, it was worth the drive. Our dog is a little skittish and afraid of other dogs even though he is larger than most even as a puppy, so they let us take him right from the parking lot to a waiting room - an option a lot of other places don't have/offer. Bringing my pup in for rabies shot and heart worm test. They only work off appointments now so anxious to see how long we have to wait. My dog hates going to the vet. Can't blame her
