Been goin here for 10 years now they’ve never messed up a haircut not one time I don’t let nobody else cut my hair at all If I can’t schedule an appointment as soon as possible I’ll get it in from the next soonest date they never let me down at all they are professionals they always keep their stuff clean they are always on time they make me feel like I’m at home I suggested to anybody in the City of Louisville and people everywhere if you want a great haircut come here

Today I needed to get a hair cut so I went to great clips and had a horrible experience with their service so I googled the next closest barber, so I decided to come into Changing Image, Semaj took such great care of my hair, it’s hard for me to find a barber good enough to help me. I will forever come back to this establishment for the fact it feels like a home. Thanks to Semaj for a great experience.

While the front of the shop does not look this big, this shop can accommodate a large number of people. There are 14 chairs for barbers and about 40 chairs for customers to wait. Because of the number of barbers, I've rarely had to wait over 10 min to get in a chair. Usually, I contact my man, Derrick, to see if he is availble to 'fix me up'. He listens to my description of the cut that I want and does exactly what I ask. This is an essential skill for a barber to have. I really like my barber and I enjoy the time that I spend in the shop.
