When I first started coming here, I could hardly walk from leg pain that radiated from the small of my back down my right leg and into my foot. I was so afraid I had down something permanent and was scared that at 64 I wouldn’t be able to continue my active life-style. With just a few sessions with Jayme, I was feeling so much better and finally getting some relief! As she continued to use a variety of methods (softwave, deep tissue massage, stretching and cupping) I began to realize lasting relief was helping me to sleep better, calm my anxiety and soon I was able to go back to all my beloved activities. We are a family of four and three of us have been to Jayme for various issues. And the fourth from my family has an appointment to see her. The room is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Jayme is very knowledgeable and able to explain to us what we need to know in a way we can understand. She is professional while being personable. We have all been extremely pleased with the results of our treatment and will continue to see her as needed. We highly recommend her!

I’ve been working with Autumn for about four weeks and I’ve noticed a huge improvement! My pain is much less and my mobility much greater. Autumn is so kind and takes her time to understand your concerns. She’s very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the different techniques she’s applying.For me, the best part is not feeling judged for my size or my lack of mobility. She sincerely wants to help me feel better. Highly recommend. ??
