I have several projects for alex framing and roofing,and was looking forward to experiencing their services., but after many calls and leaving messages, with no responses back. I have determined that alex is not very good at customer relations,and just really not a true proffessional.as to make another person feel that they did something offensive to be ghosted by his company is very insulting in itself.anyone being of sincere integrity would explain . This is very disappointing.
I have seen plenty of roofing work and I'm pleased with Alex Framing & Roofing.Roofing, prompt,clean up nothing was left behind I'll pass the word around on how satisfied I am with the job that they did THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! IM SHARING!!
Alex and his crew did work for me on my house a couple of times. They were always nice and respectful. They answered all my questions and didnt mind the changes I made last minute and the job site was always clean. I highly recommend anyone who needs work done to use Alex.
