Visiting Angels Redlands CA has a wonderful caregiver, Marilyn Hastings. She bonded with my husband making his last few months through Hospice easy, supportive & calm. She had a knack for cheering him on even his down days. I felt so comfortable leaving him in her care. She is a total caregiver package!
Bekki was so easy to work with when our father became ill, and needed in home care. She was good about answering any questions we had and was always quick to return a call if we didn’t get her right away. My dad enjoyed chatting with the caregivers that came to help, but he especially enjoyed Sharon Butler! They seemed to have a lot in common sports-wise, and they were always giving each other grief when talking about their favorite teams opposing each other. We cannot say enough about the great job Visiting Angels did in my dads time of need.
With our dad having moved permanently to Ky from spending 25 yrs in Fla and with having several evolving medical issues stemming from being 95 yrs old, our family felt at a loss to adequately navigate the home-care waters. Several people advised us to call Visiting Angels after they had had very good experiences with them so that's what we did, and we immediately felt hopeful and "heard". Bekki and Phil Franklin, the owners, answered questions we didn't even know how to ask and showed us the many options they offer.
