Great job cleaning! My experience so far is that they are a company with very thorough, accountable, and respectful cleaners who are responsive and effective at addressing any issues that arise. I am pleased to have them in my home.
I can't help the people who have nothing better to do than complain; they should clean their own houses instead of complain about what the hired help misses. (usually nothing). I find them excellent and the house looks and smells nice When they are done! They do what I can no longer do or don't have the time to do.
The team from The Cleaning Authority just finished my first cleaning. They did an excellent job on all sections of my house. They were thorough and efficient. I will continue using their housecleaning service.
