Loved my experience here. Not only were everyone friendly, but the manager did my ear. I would say she has magic hands, first time I didn’t pass out from the pain. The vibes are amazing, extremely clean place, and amazing staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Ok I know this sounds odd to be in the mall BUT the owner of pain is beautiful in the mall has YEARS of experience as a piercer! I went in not looking for much. I had both bottom lobes pierced at pagoda in the mall 15 years ago. One side had scar tissue and the other was too close to my original hole. She explained what she thought was best to fix it. She also included piercing grade titanium earrings with an extra long post (to accommodate for any swelling) and told me to come back in 6 weeks to get it shortened. I’ve had piercings done before but swear this one healed up in a week. I was shocked. Not to mention, they don’t even hurt!!!! I can’t recommend her enough

My 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced here for her birthday and we had a great experience. They are so friendly, polite, professional, clean and great with children. The piercer was so kind and took her time making my daughter feel comfortable through the entire process. She was quick and explained every step from start to finish.
