Excellent company. Steve did a great job finding my sewer gas problem and then fixed the problem. The company does an excellent job of staying in contact with you through texts and emails. Will use again.
Got same-day installation which was much appreciated. I also had my questions answered about other plumbing items I would like to
have changed or replaced. Both plumbers were very helpful.
I have had a number of outstanding and professional repairs from this company. I can honesty say this as another company had done pitiful work and resulted in massive plumbing rework! The crews/personal from the company are extremely, honest and as I have already stated PROFESSIONAL! They did not take short cuts and anything that was found to be done incorrectly by the other plumber was pointed out and backed up by very good and solid information! The Richmond main office has a great staff, every one kind, willing to assist and deliver their work as promised! Also the work they do is well documented and is a very good reference if any other future issues come up.... read full review
