We called on Monday and they came out to Flemingsburg on Thursday to fix our leaky bathtub faucet. They were able to work with our schedule which is really nice because we don’t get home until 5pm from work and sometimes it’s hard to schedule things because of that. Steve was very nice and professional and finished the job quickly! We appreciate that they service the Flemingsburg area since we’re a bit of a drive from Lexington and don’t have many options closer to us.
Markel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job of explaining everything that he was doing and might need to do. I was very confident in his abilities and thought/decision making process. I would highly recommend Markel!
Super easy to schedule an appointment. Shawn was our tech to replace an upflush pump. He was very honest, fast and super cool. If we have a plumbing problem in the future, we would request him again.
