I had another great experience with Mr. Rooter. My water heater was recently replaced within one day. Cody, my technician did a great job! He was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the job within three hours. I'd highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Cody!
Erick was the person they sent to take a look at my plumbing and he went above and beyond to inform me of what was going on and what could be done and showed me the estimate once he was finished. They were fast and efficient on getting the appointment set up and showing up the time they said they would be here. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!
I had a pretty severe leak in my water heater. After discovering the problem, I made an appointment that night and Trevor and Alex were able to replace the heater the next day. They were both very easy to work with, walked me through some basic operation and maintenance steps, and made sure that my kitchen faucet that had lost some pressure in the process was fixed. I highly recommend Trevor and Alex and will be calling Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing issues.
