Excellent service for my two large oval braided rugs. They did a bit of repair, stitching several seperated braids. They also cleaned with excellent results. They completed on time with good communication throughout. I opted to prepay for a reduction in price. An excellent option and benificial to both of us.

Again, thank you for your service. You will be my goto for my rug needs and recommend to others to do the same.

They also were selling rugs at the time of my visit. That will be a good option on my next rug purchase.

We have a very expensive Khasan Rug that we haven’t trusted to Kelley Williamson. Tracy and Shira are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind and care for the cleaning of our rug several times. I would recommend them unequivocally.

So happy that I found Kelly-Williamson! They cleaned a very large, old rug for me and it came back brighter than ever. They pick up and drop off process was seamless, and they even considered the way the rug looked from each angle when placing it in my space. I will definitely work with them in the future!
