I got the exact part I needed for my Bowflex Ultimate. Nobody else had it, Nautilus stopped carrying the part. Plus it arrived 2 days before the scheduled date! Thank You Fitness Plus.

Ended up having to make multiple visits but only charged me for the one that got the job done. Nice guy who did good work fixing my elliptical. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends.
