My wife and I had a geothermal unit installed by Arronco when we had our house built 12 years ago. We have been THOROUGHLY pleased with the service we have gotten from, not only the unit itself, but from Arronco as a company.We have our unit serviced once a year and we have ALWAYS had pleasant and professional service from the Arronco technicians that have come to the house. This morning, Shaun Lawrence provided maintenance service on our geothermal unit. He was exceedingly professional, courteous and mannerly. Jon was thorough, professional, friendly, and I really appreciate the fact that Arronco isn’t going to use the membership program to “hard-sell” you on things you don’t want or need (which made me more likely to actually want additional services from Arronco)!
