Very professional environment. I know this is a place to review but I have sleep apnea and I was on a cpap machine last year and then the recall came out from Phillips and ever since then I have had trouble getting a new cpap machine from J and L home health here in Georgetown. I went in a few months back to said establishment and told the young lady that I needed to exchange my old cpap machine for a new one to which she said there was a waiting list for the new ones and didn’t offer to put me on the waiting list. The Doctors are great! Especially doctor Kharri. This issue is the staff. Especially those that are to send out doctors orders. First they lied that the other office didn't do Stat mammograms then they lied that the office stopped taking orders after noon. This has left a patient in pain for a week. They made it clear they (as in office staff( have told the doctor she can't do something. Seems to be an issue in chain of command.
