I also want to recommend nurse Dawn for physical therapy and Cindy as well for physical therapy. I highly recommend if you need speech therapy I would recommend Eric 4 speech therapy. They have been wonderful with my medically complicated daughter. Patient with the numerous interruptions of service due to unforeseen hospitalizations. Amazing at helping with referrals and equipment updates.

I give it a five start rating. Friendly staff, great environment and awesome activities to keep patients feeling like nothing has changed in their lives. I met Mrs.Toyian Pittman and she was a great help! She helped me ease thru paperwork and break down things in layman's terms!
