Best in town! Always fast to respond and keep you in the loop. Their office is open over the weekends! They take excellent care of your pet! You can feel from the receptionist, techs and vets that they truly have love, care and compassion for the animals! They even have separate rooms for cats and dogs so that the furbabies, can feel more relaxed and comfortable in the office. If you want top-notch service and upscale veterinarians, this is the spot!

AMAZING service!! I took my pup Rigby here for the first time and will never go to any other vet again!! The fear-free aspect makes it so much less stressful for everyone involved. The team greeted us with instant love and were so welcoming. I absolutely adore everyone who I interacted with and couldn’t recommend them more!! I absolutely love PetVet365 and wouldn’t take my two cats anywhere else. They are a fear-free facility and you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. There’s no waiting room, which means no added stress between pets — you’re escorted straight into an exam room on arrival.
The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed for each animal, with separate cat and dog rooms, and instead of cold exam tables, the space feels like a cozy living room — from the couch to the calming music, both the animal and their owner, feel invited, safe, calm, and comfortable.
The staff goes above and beyond to keep pets calm and comfortable. What I appreciate most is that they never force treatment if a pet is too stressed that day. They truly respect animals and prioritize their emotional well-being.
If you’re looking for a compassionate, low-stress, genuinely pet-centered vet, I can’t recommend PetVet365 enough.

Highly recommend! The PetVet365 in Florence team bent over backwards to take care of my cat and get him the help he needed quickly. They were very professional and were very clear on the procedure and the cost. Their communication is great! They have call and texting options. Our little guy is feeling much better now thanks to their tremendous support.

We adopted a pretty sick kitty, he’s been dealing with upper respiratory issues and parasites, and I have seen all the vets at this location and everyone has been amazing. They truly care about your pet and will take the time to explain things to you. This is my first cat and I have a lot of questions, I have never once felt rushed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing, you can tell they truly care for your animals. We had been going to the same vet for the past 30 years, when they went out of business, pet 365 stepped in and exceeded our expectations. Every visit they are engaging and caring to our 2 dogs and not only solve the problem, but find ways to prevent it from happening again. Would recommend to any and everyone looking for a new vet.

My husband and I moved across the world and our older dog was really struggling after that long flight. He is 14 and previously was getting acupuncture in Europe. We were desperate to find him some pain relief and were recommended Dr. Uebelhor. She has worked WONDERS. We were able to get him in quickly (while other vets didn’t have appointments for weeks) and she did an acupuncture treatment, red light, and B12 shots for his herniated disc pain and hip dysplasia. Our dog had had incontinence for months and after one session with her, it stopped. We were shocked. She has worked a miracle on our boy and we’re so grateful we found her and her team! Very knowledgeable, kind, and convenient with the ability to make appts even by text message. Highly recommend!

Very nice cat room. Very friendly staff. Dr Smith did everything she could for my cat. T-Mobile automatically marked the phone calls and texts from them as spam so I will say if you're leaving your animal in their care you should save their number before leaving. Thankful for all of the women who helped me and my cat

When I say, this office went above and beyond for my dog, I mean to the stars. ✨ They made it possible to fit us in on a Saturday, for major surgery. Our family girl was on the verge of losing her life due to a bad infection in her uterus, Dr. Smith saved her life 1000%. She took the time to explain everything beforehand, and kept in contact with me thru-out the procedure. She and staff (Michelle, Brittanie, & all behind the scenes) are honestly the best ever. Thank you all again!
