They are very nice and professional.Right hearing aid stopped working they said just stop in and they would check it out.Turns out the filter was clogged and they cleaned it and it works great now.

My audiologist at CHAAA in Florence is Dr. Mandee Riddell. She is professional, efficient, caring, and a good educator. Above that, she is an excellent listener. After my initial hearing evaluation Mandee was very thorough is explaining (in layman’s terms) how the losses affected what I could and could not hear. While programming my hearing aides she also learned about my exposure to background noises that may need to be considered. As a result, my hearing aids are perfect. The levels and balance all feel natural. I would add that the administrative staff at CHAAA is also top notch.
