The team at Assisting Hands get a excellent rating in my opinion. I had never had any experience with any type of home care until this past summer. Kate came out to the home and went through all the expectations that I had and what her team would expect. She gave me several helpful tips for when my father would come home and what I could do to make it a safer environment. It didn’t take long to get a steady team of caregivers that I trusted and my father liked. They were always on time and followed my instructions to the letter. Loved the very detailed daily input forms as how he did during the day/night while I was not there. The team That came out we’re also prepped ahead of time as what to expect and if there were any special instructions-it’s these tiny details that makes this company outstanding.
