I want to thank Air Supreme and its owner Terry for taking the calls on early Sunday mornings! Last night's fiasco turned into an oven at 1am and Terry showed up when he said he would and had it, fortunately, fixed quickly. I am a lead installation technician at air supreme heating and cooling. Terry Callihan is the best boss hands down, he is the most caring and giving boss I have ever seen in this industry. Along with our 7 paid holidays (which is unheard of) he always tells us how valued and appreciated we are as his employees. Everyone is treated with the upmost respect and gratitude one can give as a boss. I truly am thankful terry is in my life not only as a boss but as a DAD. I highly recommend air supreme! My heat went out Tues night, I called early the next morning, they had someone out early to diagnose the problem, they found the part and sent technician back out to fix all the same day! Very prompt and professional! Awesome company!
