I got interior and exterior paint work done on my home back in March 2025 and while the interior job had no issues, I do not recommend their exterior paint job. The recaulk cracked in some places only a few months after the job was done. Also, they did not securely reattach my window screens and painted my windows shut so I can’t open them to fix it. I’ve reached out at least 5 separate times since July 2025 to either Matt or the other lady who handles customer correspondence and they either do not respond right away or promise me they will get back to me and then ghost me. Im still waiting for them to schedule me in for someone to come out and correct the issues. We paid almost $10K for this job so I expect better service.

This experience completely exceeded every expectation. The initial consultation with Matt was very impressive. He was not pushy and very knowledgeable about both what type of paint was needed in the home and what colors would look best based on our initial thoughts. The process of scheduling the service was extremely easy and flexible based on our availability. And finally the work was done with extremely high quality and quickly. We would highly recommend Five Star Painting to anyone (already have to my neighbor). They were the epitome of professional.
