Having a problem with blue tooth in hearing aids. Made an appointment and met with audiologist, Laura Coffee, who helped solve problem. The only part of making an appointment at this location is that they are always in the afternoon and usually need to wait a week or longer. I think appointments should be during morning hours and drop ins later. Afternoons are inconvenient for me because I live a bit away and usually get in heavier traffic returning home. Other than appointments, I'm satisfied with Hearing Life. Laura was very pleasant to work with.

I brought my father in to get his ears and hearing aids checked. The audiologist was knowledgeable and patient. We are able to leave wit a new pair of hearings aids that have made a huge difference for him.

After see the ENT, they took very good care of me. Even cut his lunch to get me fitted that day. After 27 hour we are at least 85% of the way there from how I fill. Another adjustment or two I should be almost as good as normal hearing as I can be.
