I HIGHLY recommend Calloway Cleaning & Restoration. I work in an assisted living and we had furniture that needed steam cleaned and Jeff was outstanding. He was extremely professional and was on point with his hard work. Let me tell you, the process could not have been made any easier all thanks to Laura. She is very easy to work with, extremely friendly and professional. She WILL make sure you are taken care of! Businesses like this seem like they are fewer and far between nowadays. I've been using them since December 2019 every 6 months to clean my home's carpeting. They're excellent and I love that they offer a bunch of other cleaning options - for example, they cleaned our air ducts at the last visit and I've seen a significant improvement in the house since! I have my carpets cleaned once a year and Calloway Cleaning did a very impressive job! Jeff and Robert were knowledgeable, polite, and were very careful around the furniture. It was refreshing to have such experienced technicians.I will be using Calloway Cleaning and Restoration again next year and will be requesting Jeff and Robert.
