We have been having problems with our unit for over a year, which is only 7 years old. After having such a bad experience with a different company I was told about Top Notch from a friend, so I gave them a call. They was super nice and got to me fast, and very honest. Lee Mason was the Technician that worked on my unit and he went above and beyond to make sure we had heat before the winter storm hit amd he done just that. He was always very nice and explained everything in detail. We are very satisfied with Top Notch Heating & Air Conditioning and with Lee Mason. I 100% Highly recommend Top Notch.
Having your heat go out in a blizzard isn’t a good time but these guys saved the day. I found Top Notch because of their high star rating on google. The whole experience was super easy and the response time from inspection to estimate to finishing the work was incredible. They did a full service install for a new unit and got the house warm again. The whole team was able to answer all my questions and happy to have done business with them.
