I had 2 bad customer service experience with this Aire Serve franchise this year. For 2 regular service checks, a part was needed (in the $35-$60 range each time). Each time, I was grossly overcharged. The first instance, I was refunded $150 by owner Chris who agreed that I was overcharged by his employee Aaron. The second instance I was charged $353 by office manager Melissa, including 2 service visit charges even though I only had 1 service visit. Again, owner Chris refunded me $99. Based on these dishonest experiences, I will never use Aire Serve again. This company is dishonest and purposely attempts to grossly overcharge customers.

Easy to schedule annual check up; mechanic knows my geotherm system, tells me what he found during tune up & discusses it with me. Would be 5 stars, but the service report is pretty off-putting with disclaimers and questionable statements.

I’m extremely satisfied with Airserv. I have used their services throughout many years. Aaron is the person I have dealt with regarding the installation of my home a/c units. He’s always been very nice and professional. I highly recommend Airserv.
