United Rentals was fantastic to work with! The employees took the time to understand my needs and get me the equipment to complete my home project. In addition, the team took the time to ensure I felt comfortable operating the equipment effectively and safely. I'll go back to United Rentals again!
Great experience. I drove 4.5 hours to look at a telehandler they had for sale and Gwen was super polite and helpful. I called and spoke with Gwen on a Wednesday, Friday I bought it, not only was it delivered that following Monday at noon, the decals were removed and they gave it a once over before delivery. Gwen and the team put in the extra effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
If I get the occasion to make a recommendation, United Rentals would be the first that I would recommend. Dependable, consistent, good communication and large inventory and availability. Great geography as well.
