I placed an order for delivery on Tuesday fordelivery on Thursday. When I placed the order I forgot to include where in Walmart the flowers needed to go. I immediately called the flower shop and spoke with a young woman. I gave her the order number and told her I forgot to put on the order that the flowers needed to go to Automotive. She told me know problem. Today my flowers were delivered to Walmart Automotive. Thank you very much Tillie's! I will definitely order from Tillie's anytime I want flowers! The professionalism of this flower shop is over the top! Very, very happy with the quality of their work and flowers!

I had flowers delivered yesterday for my mom for Valentine’s Day, she wasn’t home and so the driver called me about getting through the gate. I told her that it was totally okay if she could just squeeze herself through and set them on the other side of the gate and my mom should be home soon. The driver mentioned how beautiful they were on the phone and I said I was so excited to see them, so she sent me a plethora of pictures!! She even ended up walking them alll the way to the front porch so the chocolate wouldn’t melt in the sun. She went above and beyond and my mom and I are so thankful for this driver!

My niece loved her flowers and self care kit. Tillie's should have a tutorial to other flower shops/vendors on giving amazing customer service!!!
