Being new to the area and looking to purchase hardwood flooring to replace carpet, I was referred to Ricky at The Floor Project by Central Exterior Solutions. I was told Ricky would take care of me and treat me like as if I was a family member purchasing the flooring. Ricky was VERY WELCOMING and took the time to ask what I was looking for and showed me all of the different brands and went over the pros and cons of each brand. Ricky’s communication from the time I stepped into the store for the first time to the day my hardwood flooring was delivered was TOP NOTCH! Five stars all the way!! I had never purchased flooring from the Floor Project before and even as a new face customer Kenda and Dawn provided such excellent customer service! Above and beyond what I’m used to at the flooring stores I frequent the most. I will undoubtedly be going back many times in the future. Thank you guys for such a customized and seamless transaction! You guys rock! 🤗
The two lady’s who were working on Saint Patrick’s day, they were amazing. They were so helpful, took their time to make sure the carpet I needed was the perfect match. They have good vibes and they need a raise!!!
