Tim Riffel & Chris Brown are both individually great at what they do! Great customer service, always helpful with my flooring questions and very accommodating to my specific needs. Went into the flooring project and wasnt sure about what I wanted or needed. Met a gal named Kristi there. She was very helpful in her knowledge of the different kinds of floor and what would be best for my house. I went there not knowing anything and left with luxury vinyl flooring. Enough to do my whole house. I absolutely love it. If you go to the flooring project talk to Kristi cuz she knows her stuff and I recommend her and this place to anyone whose not really sure what they want or need.
Kristi provides great service and willing to help anyone! She follows up after a purchase and when you have questions. She communicate well on prices, sales and availability. Treats everyone fairly! Thank you Kristi for your dedication to west Wichita!
